O Portal respeita integralmente as regras dos Conselhos Federal e Regionais de Corretores de Imóveis.
20. INDEPENDÊNCIA DOS ANUNCIANTESTodos os anunciantes atuam de forma independente, sendo integralmente responsáveis por seus anúncios e negociações.
21. AUSÊNCIA DE RESPONSABILIDADE POR TERCEIROSO Portal não se responsabiliza por atos, informações ou condutas de usuários ou terceiros.
22. UNICIDADE DE CADASTROCada usuário poderá manter apenas um cadastro ativo.
O Portal poderá identificar e bloquear cadastros duplicados, falsos ou irregulares, utilizando CPF, CNPJ, CRECI, e-mail, telefone, IP e outros identificadores.
23. LIBERDADE DE EXPRESSÃO E CONDUTAÉ proibida a publicação de conteúdos ilícitos, ofensivos ou discriminatórios.

O usuário declara que todas as informações fornecidas são verdadeiras, completas e de sua exclusiva responsabilidade.
